Leah Vergara is a Canadian-based medical aesthetics entrepreneur, founder of Leah V Skin Care and Laser Clinic and Dermasure⁺ Skincare in Calgary, Canada, and the visionary behind Dermalight.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Leah began her journey in the beauty industry as a beauty consultant, where she developed her passion for skincare and client care. With a background in Practical Nursing, she built a strong foundation in safety, discipline, and patient care.
After moving to Canada, she continued her career in healthcare, working closely alongside physicians as a doctor's assistant and later serving as a medical clinic manager. These roles gave her valuable experience in patient care coordination, clinical documentation, and healthcare operations.
She later pursued formal education in clinical esthetics and established Leah V Skin Care and Laser Clinic in Calgary. Through years of hands-on experience, she developed extensive knowledge of advanced skin treatments, corrective procedures, and long-term skin maintenance.
Dermalight was born from that experience — combining her healthcare background, professional skincare knowledge, and passion for making quality skincare more accessible. Her vision is to bring professionally inspired skincare into everyday routines, helping people care for their skin with confidence.
